Asians also believed in a strong culture that emphasis on the connection between efforts and achievement. Being born black especially as women one was reduced to a state of enslavement working as a salve, nannies in their master homes and in fields. The pay was minuscule. Black people were victims of racism, chauvinism, and manipulation specially the black woman. Therefore, they had no voice in the society and the black men also did not give them the chance and considered them as inferior too, and their role was to look after their family.
